The Plant is state-of-the-art, set-up on turn key basis under the technical expertise of Danbrew AS of Denmark, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carlsberg Breweries. This versatile plant is considered to be one of the best in India and also among one of the best in Asia.

The Plant is installed on Leasehold Land of 66,000 Sq Meters allotted by RIICO, at Shahjahanpur, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan. Being on the main highway NH8, the plant is strategically located about 80 Kms from Gurgaon and 140 Kms from Jaipur, (State Capital of Rajasthan). The existing building and civil structures comprise of a total Built up Area of 1,25,000 Sq. Feet The most modern brewery was commissioned with a total capacity to produce about 1 Million HL per annum, with present capacity of 0.25 Million HL per annum. The company is in the process of adding Uni-Tanks & some balancing equipment to reach 1 Million HL per annum capacity.

Since the brewery was setup on turnkey basis by Carlsberg, no compromise was made on the quality of the machines & whatever the best machinery available in the world were installed. The Brew house, CIP Plant, Filtration & Fermentation section has been supplied by Alfa Laval under supervision of Steinecker, Germany. The brewery has advantage of a fully automated Canning Line from Sidel (The No. 1 Packaging machinery Supplier in the World). The line one of the largest in the country with a speed of 600cpm, and includes Depalletizer, Palletizer and SMI Shrink Wrapping Machine and thus holds an edge over other breweries in the country as most only have bottling facilities. The line can fill cans in 330ml & 500ml sizes. The company has a Glass Bottle Filling Line with a capacity to produce 10,000 Bph. The line can fill bottles in 330ml & 650ml sizes. The plant is capable of producing Soft Drinks with a capacity of 0.50 Million Cases / Month of 300ml & 500ml of 24 Cans each. The facility has been upgraded to the latest standards and technology and is ready for production.
